Ghelamco Poland to start construction of Sienna Center this year
"We are now analysing the Sienna Centre project in Warsaw. This is just the working name of the project, but we already have a valid building permit for it. This mixed-used project will offer in total over 100,000 sqm. The retail section will be directly connected with the Rondo Daszyńskiego metro station. The preparation work for the construction will probably even start this year, but the pace of the project construction depends on the pace of the leasing of the Warsaw Spire – and the Spire is for us the most important project'" asd Jarosław Zagórski, commercial and business development director of Ghelamco Poland.
