Agnieszka Ciupak the current director of the office leasing department, is to manage the entire leasing department of CPIPG and will be responsible for the commercialisation of both office and commercial facilities. Currently, CPIPG’s Warsaw office portfolio includes 14 buildings with a combined area of 315,000 sqm. Its Polish portfolio also includes eight retail facilities with a combined area of 67,000 sqm, including two shopping centres, Ogrody in Elbląg and Orkana in Lublin, as well as six City Market retail parks located in five regional cities across the country.
