Agnieszka Imielska

Agnieszka Imielska has been appointed as the head of Polish industrial developer 7R’s HR department.

She takes over the position from Elżbieta Brożek, who has left the company after seven years. Agnieszka will be responsible for all issues related to human capital, including recruitment, development, employer branding, remuneration policy as well as HR and payroll processes. The priority of the new HR manager will be to manage the working environment of employees and to support 7R’s strategic goals during a period of rapid development.

She started her career in banking and finance, supporting the development of new brands on the Polish market, including Raiffeisen Bank and Xelion Dom Inwestycyjny. She was also the HR director at Innogy, where she developed practices in building effective teams and optimising structures and HR processes. She is a graduate of the faculty of management of the University of Warsaw.
