Małgorzata Parczewska-Pałka

Małgorzata Parczewska-Pałka has taken up the position of chief financial officer. She has experience of change management, creating structures and processes, managing mergers and takeovers, raising finance, compliance and setting up foreign companies. Previously, she was employed by Comperia and Kino Polska TV. She has also sat on the management board of Stopklatka. She has experience in accountancy, taxes and compliance, inspections, HR and pay and administration as well as of legal departments. She is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics as well as of the University of Wisconsin USA (MBA). She has CIMA certification.
