Róbert Koncz

Róbert Koncz has taken up the position of Property Management Director at Panattoni Hungary. In his new role, he will be of charge of real estate operations. His ambition is to contribute as effectively as possible to the company's decarbonisation efforts by applying the environmental innovations he has already used and which are now essential.

Róbert has more than 25 years of experience in real estate management. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), an independent professional association of real estate experts, and the Hungarian Green Building Council (HuGBC). Previously, as a member of Prologis Hungary, he was responsible for the implementation of various green solutions, such as recreational parks, lighting retrofit programmes and the use of smart cladding, in addition to operations and asset management.
