Magdalena Rutkowska

Magdalena Rutkowska has taken up the position of HR Director at Sodexo. She will be responsible for HR policy and supervision of compliance of HR activities with the company's strategy. Her responsibilities also include recruitment, development and implementation of training and development strategies, as well as comprehensive HR and payroll administration.

Magdalena Rutkowska has over 20 years of experience in the HR field. She gained her professional experience, among others, as head of the HR and Payroll Team and HR manager at DB Schenker. At Eurocash Group, she was co-responsible for building the role of HR as a partner for the business, the policy of hiring, rewarding and developing employees, and building employee engagement and satisfaction. She also worked for Carrefour Polska, HRBP and Empik Group.

Magdalena Rutkowska holds a MA in Finance and Banking from the Warsaw School of Economics. She is a certified project manager and coach of the International Coaching Community.
