Zuzanna Paciorkiewicz

Zuzanna Paciorkiewicz, PhD, has been appointed as head of Asset Services CEE at Cushman & Wakefield following her tenure as co-head with Ondřej Fukal.
As head of Asset Services CEE, Zuzanna runs a team of 367 professionals in Poland, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia and the affiliate office in Romania. She is responsible for property management strategy and business development in CEE, innovation development and implementation, lean management and expansion of services in such areas as ESG advisory and implementation, and automation of operational and financial processes. Zuzanna Paciorkiewicz has over 20 years of experience in real estate and more than ten years of experience as a lecturer at the Warsaw School of Economics. She is a member of the leadership team of Cushman & Wakefield Poland, a member of the RICS, and an accredited RICS International Mediator. She also holds a PhD in Economics.
