Bartłomiej Polnik has joined Savills as associate director, senior project & development manager PRS & Living Sectors in the PBC department.
Bartłomiej Polnik brings to Savills over 20 years of experience in project management and investment advisory in key sectors of the real estate market. Over the years, he has worked with major foreign and domestic market players investing in office, residential, shopping centre and mixed-use projects. His knowledge and experience was used by companies such as: Heimstaden, Arcadis, Immobel, Caelum Development or Layetana. He has also worked with leading property development companies, being responsible for the supervision of rental housing projects.
The new director's experience and specialisation include comprehensive project management in the general contracting model, strategic investment consultancy, as well as overall supervision of the implementation of rental housing developments.
