Izabela Potrykus

Izabela Potrykus has become the new head of CPIPG's office leasing department in Poland. She will manage the leasing of 20 office buildings in Warsaw with a total area of 516,000 sqm.
Izabela Potrykus has over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate sector on the Polish market. Prior to joining CPIPG, she was director of the leasing and commercialisation department at Polski Holding Nieruchomości, as well as a long-time partner and head of the office department at Knight Frank consulting firm in Poland. Her experience includes cooperation with international clients and the implementation of many large lease transactions on the Polish office market. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Management and Economics at the Gdańsk University of Technology. She holds a professional licence in real estate management and a CCIM title. She also completed postgraduate studies in real estate management at the Warsaw School of Economics and a course in ESG in construction at the Warsaw University of Technology.
