New office building in Warsaw tops out
Articom Centre, a new class A office building in the centre of Warsaw, on ul.
Szucha, topped out on April 3rd. The six storey, 5,050 sqm building, which
includes retail units and a café on the ground floor, and usable office space
on a typical floor of 757 sqm, was developed by Litewska Development, which is
jointly owned by a Polish investor and Deutsche Hausbau Holding.
Liberty Corner building in Warsaw gets its first tenants
The Liberty Corner building, which is situated in the centre of Warsaw, has
leased space to its first tenants, though two of these have been very much
involved in the project. Developer, the Van der Heyden Group and leasing agents
Knight Frank, are to move to the building with 340 sqm and 360 sqm respectively.
The other tenant to have signed an agreement is the Polish Press Agency with
2,575 sqm.
