The discussion, which took place in WeWork’s co-working centre in the Raffles Europejski hotel in Warsaw, tackled the role new technology is playing in real estate and its impact on the market’s development. The most important questions were covered: What actually counts as proptech? Is it worth introducing it? What are the best practices in this field? And which systems are set to become the standard in the sector and when? CBRE, whose experts Daniel Bienias, Krzysztof Mogielski and Joanna Mroczek moderated the discussion, got the proceedings going with a presentation on the results of a survey they have just carried out on this topic.
