POLAND Studio Kwadrat’s project for the urban and architectural design of a hotel on ul. Zaciszna in Gdynia has received the highest score in a competition to design the building.
The hotel, which will feature a hotel and spa, is to be built on the site of the former Zdrowie sanatorium. The launch of the demolition work on the existing sanatorium building is subject to the passing of an amendment to the local spatial development plan for the Orłowo district of the city, but the urban planning work is now almost finished.
