Winning concept for Stacja Muzeum

POLAND The Forum Architekci studio has won the first place in a competition for a draft of the architectural and urban concept for Stacja Muzeum – a new institution set up to replace the defunct Warsaw Railway Museum.
The winning concept will be used as the basis for the project of the new Stacja Muzeum, while the designer will receive an award of PLN 120,000 net. The winner will also be invited to negotiations in the single-source procedure for drafting the design documents. Studio Archico, the runner-up in the competition, is to receive PLN 80,000, while JAZ+Architekci Żmijewski Jaworski Massé has been awarded PLN 50,000 for achieving third place. Romania Land transactions reach EUR 450 mln

Romania’s land market closed 2025 with an estimated transaction volume broadly in line with 2024 levels, when deals totalled nearly EUR 450 mln, according to data from Colliers. The market was shaped by political uncertainty and fiscal adjustments in the first part of the year. However, sentiment improved visibly after the elections, with the final months of 2025 delivering some of the strongest transactional results seen in recent years.
