Golub GetHouse presents Liberty Tower

POLAND Liberty Tower, which is to be built at the corner of ul. Żelazna and ul. Grzybowska in Warsaw, will be a 41-storey residential block with a height of 140m and a cascading roof. The building, which is designed by US-based architectural studio Arquitectonica with Epstein acting as the local architectural partner, is also to house a hotel. Work is scheduled to start in Q2 2020.
The 500-apartment building is to be built on a nine-storey podium with underground parking facilities.
On the tenth and eleventh floors a special zone for residents is planned with a gym, a spa, a conference centre, a games room, a relaxation area and an open kitchen. On the roof of the podium there is to be a green terrace with a swimming pool, Jacuzzis and a barbeque area.
