MVGM to manage Forum 76

Forum 76, at the junction of ul. Piłsudskiego and ul. Kopcińskiego is owned by Benson Elliot and Virako's Sharow Capital fund, with the latter responsible for the asset management. It comprises 7,600 sqm of office and retail space.

The transfer of the new management mandate took place a few weeks ago, with most of the formalities completed virtually (including video conferences and employing a virtual data room) due to the pandemic restrictions.

“The special situation we have all been dealing with for several weeks has necessitated the development and implementation of new working methods and new ways of conducting relationships with tenants and clients. Now, as never before, access to modern technology is becoming crucial, to enable companies to maintain their business continuity. It is technological solutions that have enabled us to efficiently complete the acquisition of office management in Łódź. In addition, the trust and successful cooperation with Sharow Capital so far have been key in this case. Forum 76 is the third facility, after Opera Office in Gdańsk and Diamentum Office in Wrocław, that we will be managing on behalf of the fund,” commented Katarzyna Jaśkiewicz, the director of key accounts at MVGM.
