Skanska has received an occupancy permit for the fifth and final building of its 70,000 sqm High5ive office development in Kraków.
The fifth High5ive building contains 11,000 sqm of space, which is fully leased to such tenants as Zooplus, Spyrosoft and Business Link. All the buildings of the complex have been sold to investors, with the fifth having been acquired by Stena Real Estate BV at the beginning of 2022. The third and fourth buildings were sold to Credit Suisse in Q3 2019, while the first two were acquired by Niam in late 2017.
