Poland Deloitte chooses Hi Piotrkowska

The Hi Piotrkowska complex offers a total of 21,000 sqm of office space and 5,000 sqm of retail and service space. The development also includes a Hampton by Hilton hotel.

The building has a BREEAM certificate at the Excellent level, confirming the introduction of numerous sustainable innovations. The building incorporates a number of solutions to reduce electricity and water consumption. A sustainable waste management policy is in place, and air and water quality are also constantly monitored. More than 80 pct of work areas have full access to daylight.
Cloakrooms and sheltered parking for cyclists have also been provided, as well as accessible spaces for people with reduced mobility and parents with children.

When choosing our new headquarters in Łódź, we were not only guided by the location or the amenities of the building. Sustainability issues are equally important to us. The new office allows us to continue implementing the principles of Deloitte's sustainable and green office spaces.
