CROATIA The European Investment Bank (EIB) has lent EUR 25 mln to the Croatian Bank for Investment and Redevelopment (HBOR) in order to finance three investments near Dubrovnik by Hoteli Dubrovačka Rivijera.

Retail space to increase by 610,000 sqm
POLAND Around 610,000 sqm of retail space is currently under development with app. 500,000 sqm scheduled for completion in 2014, according to the latest figures from Jones Lang LaSalle.
