Poznań City Center sold
POLAND Resolution Real Estate Fund IV and ECE Prime European Shopping Centre Fund have purchased the Poznań City Center shopping centre for an undisclosed price.
Central European Retail Fund launched
POLAND/CZECH REPUBLIC Warburg - Henderson has launched the Central European Retail Fund, which is aimed at institutional investors and will invest in retail properties in Poland and the Czech Republic.
