CBRE to manage Ambassador
POLAND CBRE has been appointed property manager of the Ambassador office building in Warsaw. Ambassador is a part of the Ocean Business Park located in Warsaw’s Mokotów district and offers 14,900 sqm of modern office space, 1,000 sqm of retail space and 298 parking spaces.
Highest Czech industrial supply since 2009
CZECH REPUBLIC In 2013 the supply of new industrial space in the Czech Republic grew by 23 pct y-o-y – the highest annual new supply since 2009, according to the Industrial Research Forum.

EUR 3.4 bln in transaction volumes for 2013
POLAND The transaction volume for the Polish commercial real estate market in 2013 reached over EUR 3.4 bln, according to preliminary data from Jones Lang LaSalle, the highest recorded level since 2006 (EUR 5 bln).
