Name change for Wałbrzych hotel
POLAND The hotel in the Galeria Victoria centre in Wałbrzych is to change its name. The hotel used to operate as the Express Wałbrzych, but is now to be rebranded as the Ibis Styles Wałbrzych.
Sales boost for JHM Development

Strong results from Raven
RUSSIA Raven Russia has released its results for 2012. Net Operating income was up by 49 pct from USD 91.7 mln to USD 136.5 mln. The company’s underlying operating profit was up 63 pct from USD 68.9 mln to USD 112.1 mln.

March launch for Galeria Dębiec
POLAND Construction work on the Galeria Dębiec shopping centre in Poznań is to begin this month.The 9,770 sqm complex is being developed by Red Real Estate on ul. 28 Czerwca 1956 r. near the Dębiński Forest and the Red Park estate, which is currently under construction.
Dom Development builds train station
