POLAND Dom Development group signed sales contracts for 836 units net over the last quarter and handed over 440 units, 57 pct less than a year earlier, whereas in the first half of the year the group sold 1,762 units (+7 pct year-on-year) and handed over more than 1,655 (+15 pct y-o-y).

POLAND Higasa Properties is opening a retail park in Rawicz north of Wrocław this month and has started construction of a retail park in Dębrzno (northwest of Bydgoszcz), which is being built with funds from private investors through the company’s Higasa Club.
