Euro Styl buys boot-iful Gdańsk site
POLAND Euro Styl, part of the Dom Development Group, has acquired a large development site neighbouring the Europejskie Centrum Solidarności [European Solidarity Centre] in Gdańsk. The developer is planning to build residential and office buildings on the site, forming part of the Młode Miasto urban development project.
Record profits for Dom Development
POLAND Dom Development registered record sales revenues of PLN 1,654 mln (up 18 pct y-o-y) in 2018, and a record net profit of PLN 227 mln (up 19 pct y-o-y). This has enabled the management to recommend a dividend payment of PLN 9.05 per share from last year’s profits.
