Teconnex comes to Cluj Napoca
ROMANIA First Property Group has entered into a lease with Teconnex, for around one-third of its warehouse in Tureni, Romania. The rent payable by Teconnex comes to around EUR 135,000 per annum.
CTP growing fast
CEE REGION CTP has announced its financial results for the previous year, in which it increased the size of its portfolio by app. 680,000 sqm to reach a record 4.5 mln sqm with an occupancy rate across all of its properties of 97.7 pct.
