Maciej Dyjas: Griffin is creating first Poliish REIT

"Griffin, of course, will still be a very active investor on the real estate market as it was until now. But it will expand its activity in - what we call - platforms. For example, on the one hand we have in our portfolio one of the most active office and retail developers in the country and a quite active developer on the residential market. I am talking about Echo Investment of course. Both Echo and Griffin have a lot of properties in the portfolio that generate high yields," added Maciej Dyjas.
Griffin has also a portflolio of student dormitories. "We buy, develop and then manage dorms. We are now the largest such operator in Poland and this platform will grow very fast. And additionally we are now quite advanced in creating a new business - rental apartment projects," explains co-managing partner of Griffin.

Summing up: Griffin's key business as an investment manager is investment and financial activity and at the same time we have a retail, office and residential developers that sell its products on the market or the products are acquired by our yielding platform, the Polish REIT, or by the dormitory platform or the rental apartments platform. "Of course all the time Griffin is buying and selling real estate projects," said Maciej Dyjas.
