Anna Gradowska

Anna Gradowska has joined the Accolade team taking on the position of asset manager. In her new role, she is responsible for building the value of Accolade's portfolio, maintaining relations with tenants and supervising the process of lease negotiations with clients. Anna is responsible for industrial parks in Elbląg, Częstochowa, Lublin, Mińsk Mazowiecki and Ruda Śląska.
Anna Gradowska has 13 years of experience in the real estate industry. She started her career in the facility management sector, working for Gegenbauer Polska and ISS Facility Services. Then, as property manager, she managed warehouses and an office building for BASF Polska and CGL. At CGL Investment Holding, she was responsible for comprehensive tenant services for the company's Polish warehouse portfolio, including lease negotiations.
