Women for women
A group of smiling young people appeared on the front cover of \'Eurobuild Poland\' in March 2003. They were representatives of the Warsaw Research Forum, which analyzes the Warsaw office market. Three years later, we have a small crowd again, but this time we\'ve asked to pose seven successful women from the Polish real estate community. Not only to make our magazine\'s \'face\' look more attractive, but to invite them to tell us about their careers and experiences in the business. It matters not if this is a truism, but women are very important in the real estate market and it\'s difficult to imagine a property world exclusively inhabited by men. We hope the article \'Seven women\' (p. 30-31) will be a nice gift for International Women\'s Day (March 8th) for everyone of the female persuasion.
But March is also about the MIPIM fair in Cannes, where \'Eurobuild\' will be present, as usual, but this year\'s issue is extraordinary thick - 100 pages for the first time in the magazine\'s history! No wonder - there is so much going on in Poland at the moment. The Warsaw office and residential markets are picking up, the regional markets are becoming more and more important - attracting interest from both Polish and international investors, and construction companies\' portfolios are growing. It looks like the bull market has finally arrived and we really need to keep our fingers crossed for it not to be stopped in its tracks by the government or parliament and their sometimes ridiculous ideas.
Starting from this month \'Eurobuild\' has a new section - facility and property management. It will be a continuation of the \'The Manager - Facility and Property\' monthly, which now becomes an important part of our magazine.
