ITM leases space in ProLogis Park, Poznan
ITM, wholesale distributors for food outlet Intermarche
and DIY chain Bricomarche, have leased 10,000 sqm metres of space at
ProLogis Park Poznan, which totals 44,140 sqm of both office and warehousing
space. The first building in the park is now fully let and construction of
additional space will begin in the coming weeks.
The company ProLogis provides 20,1 mln sqm in 1,749 distribution facilities,
in ninety markets throughout North America, Europe and Japan.
DLS' wish to expand
The Polish wholesale company Dystrybucja Logistyka
Serwis (DLS) is hoping to expand with a further 300 shops and warehouses.
A total of PLN 100 mln. is sought, from either a foreign or local investor
to construct completely new outlets, most probably in and around the Białyskok
region.
The company is also considering share flotation on the Warsaw Stock Exchange
to raise money for these developments, which it hopes can begin next year.
