POLAND A Wrocław start-up has created a chatbot to sell and recommend goods to shoppers.

Polish consultancy Kogifi Consulting has already invested in the new company. The bot was programmed by Paweł Kołacz and Roman Bartosiak come from Wroclaw. IamBot will chat with potential shoppers on Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, WeChat and Viber and cam use the Google and Amazon voice assistants. “IamBot is a project that is ahead of its time and will shape the future of digital marketing. Using it it is possible to supplement our range of services which include digital marketing systems. We are already working on integrating IamBot with the dominant digital marketing and e-commerce platforms,” says Jakub Koba, the technical director at Kogifi. Kogifi Consulting Group is active in the fields of artificial intelligence, virtual reality and the Internet of Things.
