POLAND A Wrocław start-up has created a chatbot to sell and recommend goods to shoppers.
Polish consultancy Kogifi Consulting has already invested in the new company. The bot was programmed by Paweł Kołacz and Roman Bartosiak come from Wroclaw. IamBot will chat with potential shoppers on Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, WeChat and Viber and cam use the Google and Amazon voice assistants. “IamBot is a project that is ahead of its time and will shape the future of digital marketing.
