More leasing for P3
EUROPE PointPark Properties (P3) has announced that it leased 28 pct more warehouse space in 2012 than in 2011.Occupancy rates in 2012 rose to 87 pct across the group’s portfolio.
Permitting goes digital

Permits for two centres
ROMANIA Immochan, the real estate subsidiary of Auchan, has received building permits to convert two former factory sites into shopping centres. The two plants in question are the Tricodava factory in Bucharest and the Tractorul factory in Brașov.
City Mall converts to offices
ROMANIA City Mall in Bucharest is to be converted into an office building with some retail on the ground floor, according to local media.

LPP in Galeria Słowiańska
POLAND Stores for brands from the LPP group are to open in Galeria Słowiańska Carrefour in Zgorzelec. Mohito, Cropp and House are to be opened in Q1 and Q2 of this year.
FB Serwis takes on the National Stadium
POLAND FB Serwis, a company set up by Budimex (49 pct) and Ferrovial Services (51 pct),has won a three-year contract worth PLN 4.3 mln net for rendering technical services for the National Stadium in Warsaw.
Mostostal Zabrze suffers 2012 losses
POLAND Construction group Mostostal Zabrze suffered a net loss in 2012 of more than PLN 11.5 mln, after generating a profit of PLN 27.9 mln a year earlier, according to a report drawn up by the company. Its sales revenue reached PLN 661 mln, compared to PLN 732.7 mln a year earlier.

POLAND Irish developer Caelum Development has set up Caelum Real Estate Asset Management (CREAM).
Office and warehousing up, but slower retail growth
POLAND The supply of office space in Warsaw increased by 270,000 sqm in 2012 and currently amounts to nearly 2.9 mln sqm, according to a report by DTZ. Another 650,000 sqm is under construction, which “will translate into a high level of supply in the next two years,” claim the authors of the report.

POLAND Echo Investment has reported its results for 2012. Its operating revenue amounted to PLN 583.6 mln, up on the PLN 406.9 mln it made in 2011.
Mixed last quarter for Prima Moda
POLAND Footwear chain Prima Moda has published its results for Q4 2012. Over the period the company restructured its sales division, closing down two stores.
Sfinks turning the corner
POLAND Sfinks Polska has reported its results for 2012. Net revenue for the restaurant chain came to PLN 170.9 mln, while registering an operating loss of PLN 2.6 mln (compared to a loss of PLN 9.9 mln in 2011).
