Despite the switch to remote working, office buildings have not become a thing of the past, although their function has been REdefined – offices are now places for meetings and creative teamwork. In a week’s time, at Eurobuild’s 7th INVESTED INTEREST Investment Market Conference, we will discuss the new reality facing the office investment market.
The first transactions of the year are now behind us. In the present circumstances, it seems from the scale and volume of these transactions in first quarter that perhaps we have little to worry about. But are all the signs really pointing to another successful year? The pandemic might have upended the plans of many in a number of sectors, but not of those in warehousing. The warehouse market is still one of the fastest growing real estate sectors.
