Nowa Papiernia shows off its brand new interior

Red Real Estate Development has finished redeveloping the Oławskie Suburbs in Wrocław.

A former paper factory on ul. Kościuszki has been converted into a loft estate called Nowa Papiernia. The company has renewed the facades of the neighbouring tenement houses and converted two buildings of the paper factory built in 1889. The company extended also the complex with another residential building. A total of 129 residential units and four service units were built on the four floors of the factory building. An underground car park was also built. Apartments range in size from 35 sqm to 100 sqm. Almost all loft apartments have already been sold.
