Railways still attractive

According to Wojciech Orlof: “The project to develop the Hay and Crayfish Market Place in Gdańsk is also still an interesting proposition, since we have already spent much on it.” However, Gdańsk city council has lost patience with the developer, and following a period of closed discussions over the development of this attractive site, are planning to announce a competition for investors in the next couple of months. Apsys, TriGranit, Multi-Development and Buro Happold have been invited to describe their experiences with similar ventures. Does this mean the city authorities will not give ING RED a second chance? Time will tell and it will also prove whether the company will be able to cope with housing market realities where the competition for plots is unusually fierce.     z
