Undeservedly in the backseat

The electro-technical side of various objects is rarely considered and somewhat enigmatically. One must bear in mind, however, that the faultless functioning and safety of a building along with its machinery and appliances depends on the type and quality of the supplied equipment, as well as on the choice of application.
A supplier of electro-technical components, Moeller Electric also provides complex systems of power distribution and automation systems as well as offering a wide range of products in these areas.

What's on offer
Moeller is the perfect partner where safety and reliability of power transmission and distribution is deemed principal. However, the multitude of products it has on offer renders it impossible to mention but a few of them.
The company offers a complete range of systems and appliances in the area of switch gearing and distribution of power, to name but a few, MODAN 6000 which is a modular switchgear system for rated currents up to 6300 A, a modular power distribution system for the medium range, MODAM 2000 and, in terms of low-voltage power distribution systems, IVS, GK, GU, Profi-Line and CI plastic switchgear systems.
The CD, BD, LD, and LX busbar trunking systems are a modern alternative for cable systems used for power distribution. The simplicity of their design and installation lends itself to flexible reconfiguring of the existing busbar trunking systems at no additional cost. The fire barrier protection guarantees utmost fire safety of busbar trunking systems, Moeller being the major supplier in all their ranges.
Moeller is also one of the largest manufacturers of signalling, commanding, switching and protecting devices, which are defined by reliability of performance and mechanical durability. Additionally, the company offers the highest quality of services in terms of the application of whole automation systems such as design, installation, ignition, service and technical consultancy.

The multiplicity of its products positions Moeller Electric among the leaders in the Polish power and electro-technical market, its share of the market rapidly increasing ever since its emergence and, as Leszek Jank, President of Moeller Electric, warns, the company hasn't had its last word yet.
"Our objective is to reach 15-20 per cent of market share. At the moment, depending on the market sector, our share fluctuates between 8 and 10 per cent, so we want to double that. The Systems Division which provides complete power platforms is developing fast and responds to market needs in this particularly difficult and responsible market sector." Zbigniew Kopacz, the Director of Moeller, confirms that "There's a growing interest in complex solutions so we are optimistic about the Systems Division's prospects."
"Moeller is one of the leaders in the application of new technologies and has always been seen as a producer of the highest quality equipment, and we are certainly going to sustain this image." - says Leszek Jank

How is the company going to reach its objectives?
Currently, Moeller Electric is successfully introducing new products to the Polish market: modular equipment; MZM and IZM circuit-breakers; new state-of-the-art drive technology i.e. DF 5,6 and DV 5,6; XI/ON systems and a new type of switchgear, SN. Production of metal mounting units of the GK-W, GK and GU series is underway at the Katowice plant.
