Dekpol goes to the beach

POLAND Dekpol, which offers general contractor services, has signed a contract with Arkony Sopot concerning the construction of an apartment and hotel project in Sopot. The contract includes the redevelopment and extension of a pre-war La Playa Palace villa as well as the construction of the La Playa Apartments boarding house, the development of the area and the construction of the road and pavement layout. The project is located between ul. Wosia Budzysza and ul. Powstańców Warszawy, in the direct vicinity of Park Północny and the beach.
“The company’s portfolio will gain the seventh hotel facility to have been constructed by our company recently,” said Mariusz Tuchlin, president of the board at Dekpol. The project envisages redevelopment of an existing residential building located in the southern section facing ul. Wosia Budzysza 4 as well as its eastward extension by adding a new wing and a connector. The construction of the project involves renovation and reconstruction of some elements of the historical palace and park
