Government sets up crisis working group for tourism industry

POLAND In response to the coronavirus epidemic, a crisis working group for the tourism industry has been set up in the ministry of development.
The team represents over than 50 tourist and transport organisations from every segment of the the sector including travel agents, carriers, hoteliers, trade fair organisers and MICE operators. “The tourism sector has been one of the first to experience the effects of the coronavirus epidemic. The creation of this working group makes it easier for us to collect proposals and consult the industry on ways we can help businessmen to minimise the risk of them losing their financial liquidity,&
