One road ends, another begins
POLAND A section of the S17 road, which will eventually stretch between Warsaw and Lublin, has been opened. The 24 km section, which connects Kurów Zachód and Jastków, was built by Mota-Engil Polska Central Europe, which began construction in March 2011.

Logistic market attractive to investors
POLAND A total of EUR 460 mln was invested in the warehouse and industrial market in 2012, representing a 17 pct share of the total real estate investment (EUR 2.7 bln), according to figures from the ‘Labour and Warehouse Availability in Poland’ report by CBRE.
