Growing sales of finished apartments
POLAND Around 2,000 fewer apartments q-o-q were offered for sale in the first quarter of 2013, according to a report by REAS on the residential market in the six largest cities in the country (Warsaw, Kraków, Łódź, Poznań, TriCity and Wrocław).

Baltic Park Molo ready to begin
POLAND Construction work is set to begin on Baltic Park Molo in Świnoujście. The project, which is being developed by Zdrojowa Invest, will include two hotels and two luxury apartment buildings, as well as a 150m promenade with a pier.
