Rachel Lavine

is stepping down on January 31st, 2017 as CEO. She is to continue to serve as the vice chairman of Atrium as well as on the board of Citycon. Rachel joined the group nine years ago, six of which she served as CEO of Atrium, during which time Atrium increased its assets from EUR 1.6 bln to EUR 2.5 bln; its operating profit increased from app. 70 pct to 95 pct while the dividend increased from 3 cents a share to 27 cents a share.
