Martin Vejražka

Martin Vejražka will be in charge of managing the growing network of international energy experts and at the same time continuously improving the products offered under CBRE’s new service. He will also become a key stakeholder of the Group within the framework of sustainability and compliance with the ESG principles for the Czech market. From the position of the head of the local team, he will further expand the offered advisory services not only on the level of buildings and portfolios, but also in the sense of the future direction of companies and their reporting.

Martin Vejražka graduated with a master’s degree with a focus on Land and Real Estate Planning and Development from Radboud University in the Netherlands. He has been involved in commercial real estate consultancy for his entire career, which amounts to almost eleven years. Over the last five years he has also focused on sustainability and technical and energy consulting.
