He will manage the existing client portfolio and will focus on winning new projects in order to consolidate the company’s position on the property management market. Sebastian was responsible for coordinating the Felicia Shopping Center project in Iași the Uvertura Mall Botoșani and has worked both in the corporate and educational environment. He has also developed a new DTZ product - Retail METRICS, which provides shopping center owners’ with solid informational support for a wide range of decisions, both for every day challenges and for strategic horizons of 5-10 years.
