Pharmaceutical firm moves to Business Centre Bitwy Warszawskiej

Pliva Kraków, a major pharmaceutical firm on the Polish market, has signed a lease agreement for 1,000 sqm at Business Centre Bitwy Warszawskiej in Warsaw, for which DTZ Zadelhoff Tie Leung were the exclusive agents. The building, developed by the Ghelamco Group and owned by the Austrian property fund Europolis Invest, now has almost eighty per cent occupancy.

 

Printing firm signs deal at Dom Dochodowy

Cezar Printing House, a polygraphic company, has signed a lease agreement for 206 sqm of office space at Dom Dochodowy, which is owned by the Platan Group and located at Plac Trzech Krzyży 3. The agents representing the buildings' owners were Jones Lang LaSalle.

Four deals amounting to over 1,600 sqm at four Warsaw buildings

Credit Suisse Life & Pensions have signed a lease agreement at the building on Płocka 17 for 250 sqm, Euro Consulting 250 sqm, at ul. Flory 9, Polski Lek 215 sqm, at ul. Witosa 31 and the School of Classical and Healing Massage 850 sqm, at ul. Zwierzyniecka 8. The leasing agents for all the buildings were Kancelaria Brochocki.
