Poland Profbud builds with Robert Lewandowski

Residential
Profbud will develop the City of Polish Olympic Champions. Robert Lewandowski is a shareholder, as well as a content partner of the investment, which will be built on the outskirts of Warsaw, in the Lesznowola municipality.

This year's gold and silver medal winners of the Paris Games - Aleksandra Mirosław, Julia Szeremeta, Klaudia Zwolińska, and Daria Pikulik, and in the future also other Olympic champions, will receive their flats in the investment.

The city is the fulfilment of my long-standing dream of creating a place where sport and education are an integral part of residents' lives. Children and young people will be able to shape their talents and passions there - in a safe space that will develop them physically and mentally.
Paweł Malinowski, CEO, Profbud

The design of the district was prepared by the Mąka Sojka Architekci studio. The investment has been divided into four quarters. Three quarters will be named after the Olympic Games cities of Paris, Milan and Los Angeles, and the fourth will become a sports centre. A ribbon-shaped road connecting the four parts of the development will symbolise the idea of the site. The nearly two-kilometre route, an educational trail telling the story of the Olympic successes of Polish athletes, will include running paths and sports facilities. Among other things, the City of Polish Olympic Champions will offer access to professional infrastructure - full-size football pitches, tennis and paddle courts.

My role does not end with the business partnership, but includes active participation in the creation and implementation of the sports part of the investment, especially football. I know how important it is to create a place where young people can develop their talents close to home, in a safe environment. Together, we will build a space where everyone will have the opportunity to realise their sporting passions and dreams.
Robert Lewandowski

The City of Polish Olympic Champions will be built in the immediate vicinity of the Ursynów district, near ul. Puławska, in the Lesznowola municipality, approx. 2 km from the Kabaty Forest. An innovative solution that will appear in the project will be autonomous buses, running between the investment and the Warszawa Jeziorki railway station.

As part of its commitment to the development of the local community, Profbud has pledged financial support for the expansion of the community school, the construction of a road connecting the Zamienie junction with ul. Puławska, the expansion of the technical infrastructure and the development of a park. These proposals amount to PLN 140 mln and aim to create a modern and sustainable space, while raising the standards of the local infrastructure.
