Kamil Nurek

Kamil Nurek has taken up the position of director of development and asset management at Hines Polska.
Kamil Nurek joined Hines in 2012 and served mainly as director of property management for logistics projects, overseeing Hines Polska's portfolio of distribution parks. In addition to coordinating the activities of the property management team, he was also responsible for administrative proceedings, budget preparation, contract negotiations, tender proceedings and coordination of construction works. He was also involved in asset management duties, acting as asset manager for significant Hines logistics assets, and later was responsible for project management, developing some of Hines' industrial projects.
Kamil Nurek holds a master's degree in real estate from the University College of Estate Management in Reading and a master's degree in property management and consultancy from the University of Warmia and Mazury.
