Poland Vantage to invest €100m

Vantage Development's Polish subsidiaries have secured a EUR 100 mln loan from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. The TAG Immobilien-owned developer and operator will use the funds raised to expand its PRS investments in Poland.
The EBRD loan will enable Vantage to build and operate a portfolio of rental flats across the country. The company will build around 3,000 new flats, supporting the developer's long-term goal of developing a portfolio of around 10,000 rental flats in Poland. This is the EBRD's fifth transaction in the private rental housing sector in Poland in the last two years, aimed at solving the systemic housing shortage in Poland.
