Warsaw's Studio B building has been awarded SmartScore and WiredScore certificates. Skanska has thus become the first company in Poland to receive these certificates for a building already in use.
Studio B, located in Warsaw's Wola district, offers 17,600 sqm of space. Tenants include the Societe Generale group, C.H. Robinson, Unum Życie and Business Link. All offices have been leased even before the occupancy permit was granted. The certification took place shortly after the sale of Studio B to Stena Real Estate. Studio B also holds LEED Platinum and WELL Core & Shell titles at the Gold level.
