EUROPE Nicklas Lindberg, the president of Skanska Commercial Development Europe, has decided to leave Skanska to take new post within the real estate sector in Central Europe.

He will be replaced by Claes Larsson, the current executive vice president and a member of Skanska's senior executive team responsible for the Commercial Development units. “I want to thank Nicklas for valuable contribution to our central European business within Commercial Property Development, during his years in Skanska. We have today a very solid organization in all chosen submarkets and a good platform for future growth of the business”, said Claes Larsson.
