Polska First bars begin for the new Sinfonia

Construction work has begun on Sinfonia Varsovia's new home in Warsaw’s Praga Południe district. The city council has commissioned Doraco to carry out the first stage of the project, with the orchestra to move into its new address in two years' time.

CEE Summus Capital: Boldness from the Baltics

Towards the end of last year, Estonian-based investment company Summus Capital expanded out of the Baltics to make its first acquisitions in Poland: the React office building Łódź (15,000 sqm – sold for EUR 32.5 mln) and the Lakeside office complex in Warsaw (23,834 sqm, EUR 61.9 mln). Germany Silverton lets office space in Meerbusch
