Poland MoMA wins architectural grand prix
The 11th Architectural Awards of the Mayor of Warsaw [11. edycji Nagrody Architektonicznej Prezydenta m.st. Warszawy] were held on June 3rd, at Teatr Studio in the city’s Palace of Culture and Science, with EurobuildCEE being one of the media patrons of the event.

Poland Poznań with a green Aura
In Winogrady district of Poznań, the construction of the Aura residential building, designed by Robert Konieczny's office KWK Promes, has begun. The façade of the building with its organic architecture will be covered with 140,000 plants.

Poland Okam unveils new Warsaw district design
Okam has presented a concept for the development of the former FSO plant site in Warsaw's Żerań. Created in cooperation with the city and the WXCA architectural studio, the masterplan envisages the creation of 12,000 flats as well as a new 10-ha park.

Italian Studio Fuksas has won an international competition to design a trade fair and exhibition centre to be built in Tirana. The planned development is to be built on a 10,000-square-metre site on New Boulevard, in the centre of the city.

Penta Real Estate is holding an architectural competition for the development of a 4.5 ha brownfield site that formed part of the former Juraj Dimitrov chemical works (known locally as ‘DImitrovka’ or ‘Dynamitka’) in Bratislava.
